الأسئلة الشائعة
الجلسات فردية، وتركز على احتياجات كل طفل لضمان أفضل نتائج علاجية.
تتراوح مدة الجلسة بين 45 دقيقة وساعة، حسب نوع الجلسة واحتياجات الطفل.
نعم، في بعض الجلسات نشجع على حضور الأهل، خاصة في البداية أو إذا كان الطفل يحتاج دعمًا عاطفيًا. لكن أحيانًا قد يشتت وجود الأهل الطفل، لذا يحدد الأخصائي الأفضل حسب الحالة.
كل طفل يختلف عن الآخر، لكن غالبًا تظهر التحسينات التدريجية بعد 4 إلى 8 جلسات، حسب التزام الخطة ومشاركة الطفل.
هذا أمر شائع خصوصًا في البداية. الأهم هو جعل الطفل يشعر بالأمان وبدون ضغط. يمكننا استخدام أساليب تشجيعية مثل إحضار لعبته المفضلة أو عمل لوحة مكافآت بسيطة.
لا، الجلسات مكملة للمدرسة وليست بديلة عنها. هدفنا دعم الطفل لتطوير مهاراته وتحسين سلوكه للنجاح داخل المدرسة وخارجها.
Financial Policy and Payment Methods
Currently, we do not have direct contracts with medical insurance companies. However, we are happy to provide you with all the necessary medical reports and invoices to submit to your insurance provider if your policy covers the services offered. We are committed to supporting you in all possible procedures to facilitate your insurance claims.
We provide flexible and easy payment options: * Cash payment at the center. * Installment service through “Tabby”. * Bank transfers. *Our goal is your comfort and ensuring secure transactions without hassle.*
* If the parent cancels the session at least 48 hours before the first session, the amount can be refunded or the session can be rescheduled based on the family’s preference. * No refund will be provided in cases of absence or lateness that leads to session cancellation. * For multi-session packages, refunds will be issued for unused sessions after deducting the full price of the attended sessions. * Refunds will be processed within a maximum of 7 business days via bank transfer or the agreed method. *This policy is designed to organize schedules and ensure commitment from all parties, while taking families’ circumstances into consideration.*
